If you are having problems with Sending AirmailTM Messages..
Please make sure of the following:
- That you have set your message centre number correctly on your mobile phone.
- That you are sending messages to the Gateway number allocated to you.
- That you have SMS capability on your mobile phone network and handset.
- That you are authorised to use SMS on your mobile phone network.
If you are having problems with Receiving AirmailTM Messages...
Please make sure of the following:
- That you have SMS capability on your mobile phone network and handset.
- That you are authorised to use SMS on your mobile phone network.
- That you have AirmailTM enabled (see Turning AirmailTM ON and OFF).
- That you have divert set to off (see Diverting AirmailTM Messages).
- If your phone has run out of message memory some messages may be waiting in your Network's SMS message centre facility and may be delayed by a few minutes or longer. Make sure you clear the messege memory to allow new messages to come in.
